Step 1: Design & Planning

We begin with detailed design and engineering based on your project requirements. If a full concept design is required, this stage typically takes 3~5 weeks including Structure setup and material review.

Step 2 Manufacturing

After all drawings and materials are checked, model production will start. This period will last 1-2 months depend on theamount of unit.

Step 3: Transportation

Completed units or pefabed panels are securely packed and shipped via ocean, railway or road. We will provide a detailed delivery plan covering costs, schedule, and risk assessment to ensure safe arrival.

Step 4: 0n-site Installation

As products produced from factory are delivered to the construction site, this period may lasts 10 days or moredepends on the design proposal. Units can be installed to the foundation directlly while panels needs labours to install. Little on-site cutting or concretung is needed.
